Robert Pattinson reportedly grew so attached to a dog on the set of Water For Elephants that he wants to adopt it.
The 24-year-old actor had to shoot several scenes with a Jack Russell terrier, and he loved the pooch so much he is said to have asked to adopt him.
“The trainer said yes, but that it would cost Rob because he’s a show dog with special acting skills,” an insider said, according to Musicrooms.net.
“Rob laughed and said he’d pay whatever. He loves that little pooch.” they added.
It is not yet known if the Twilight star will be allowed to take the dog home.

He is a typical Jack Russell with loads of character. Loves people but hates other dogs. The bigger the dog the more he barks.
